Happy Birthday meeeee

Well, finally...

Half an hour early. My inner child giggles at the fact that I am being "escorted". Through the windows beady little eyes peer curiously out at me, some visibly green with envy. My gaze pierces theirs, and they sheepishly return to their duties. I'm closer now, and my mouth can't help but twist into a wicked grin. Finally there, I hand the guards my I.D. Through the turnstile and out the door, a triumphant feeling rushes me and its all I can do to keep from screaming.

Yes, I quit my job. XD
